One calm place for a household's health: medication and doses, laboratory results explained in plain language, preventive care on schedule, and validated well-being check-ins. Built and operated from Portugal, with data hosted in the European Union.
What it does
- Medication & doses — schedules, reminders and honest adherence, for yourself and the family members you care for.
- Laboratory results — imported reports read back in plain language, with every marker's meaning sourced and the original printed values always preserved.
- Preventive care — screenings and vaccinations from published guidelines (DGS, USPSTF, ESC/EAS, WHO sources), framed as information to discuss with your doctor.
- Well-being check-ins — short validated screening questionnaires with calm, banded results.
How we treat health information
- Screening, never diagnosis. Every result carries its meaning in plain words, a "this is a screening signal, not a diagnosis" notice, and a "discuss with your doctor" step whenever something is flagged.
- Validated instruments, verbatim. Questionnaires are reproduced exactly as published — items, response scales and instructions — with full attribution to their authors and publishers. We never reword or adapt a validated scale.
- Licences verified before anything ships. An instrument appears in the app only after its licence for commercial digital use is confirmed. The PHQ-9, GAD-7, PHQ-4 and PHQ-15 (public domain, with their developer attribution displayed) are offered on this basis, and the full AUDIT alcohol questionnaire is offered under a non-exclusive licence granted by the World Health Organization (permission ID 202609746, granted 21 July 2026), reproduced verbatim with WHO's required acknowledgement displayed in-app. Instruments still deliberately withheld pending permission: the WHO-5 Well-Being Index (WHO request 202609745, under review), the three-question AUDIT-C short form (whose separate clearance WHO directs to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs), and the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (written permission requested from its authors). Each remains unavailable in the app until its permission is granted.
- Support before scores. Any questionnaire touching self-harm surfaces crisis contacts (in Portugal: SNS 24, SOS Voz Amiga, 112) the moment they are needed — before any score is computed.
- Privacy by default. Check-in answers are visible only to the person who gave them — never to other household members. GDPR applies in full: export and erasure are built in, there is no advertising, and personal data is never sold.
Status
The application is in private family beta, with a public launch planned for iOS and Android (Apple App Store and Google Play) as a paid consumer product — no advertising, no separate charges for any questionnaire.
